My only complaint is location: the ATM is behind the bank in a separate lot. Once you are aware of that, I suppose that you have no excuse. Took me 10 minutes to find it the first time.
As far as I know this ATM doesn't charge a fee for use and that's great! But and this is a huge but! If you accidentally don't pull your debit card out within a few minutes it will swallow your card and they will chop it up if you're not a US Bank member.
