I worked with Trent and Jim they were exceptional. I was never pressured to buy something I didn't want or even shown anything other than what inquired about. I love my 2017 Nissan Altima. Thank you so much Newton Nissan.
Horrible experience here. They stole things from y car while I got an oil change. Over charged me. And even though I had a sticker from nissan that said I had 2 free oil changes they charged me. Unprofessional at best.
Checking out was quick and easy, and the bill was exactly what they had told me it would be. Everyone I came in contact with - from the service advisor, to the porter, to the cashier - was warm, welcoming and respectful. They made the experience pleasurable and painless. They respected me and my time. I was treated in a manner that said they valued my business, and me as a person.
Once the repairs were complete, I was notified and the service advisor offered to pick me up. When I arrived my car was washed and vacuumed! They offered to transfer all of my things back into my car.

Do not recommend Nathaniel Sartin or Tori Andrews. I will NEVER purchase from them. I intend on going back to purchase the car i wanted, but not through those two. I went in for information on a car and prices being as i owe on the car I was going to trade for a new Altima. I was questioned not by one but two people on WHY i want a new car, and why am i trying to trade a car that IS NOT MINE??? The loan is in my dads name, but the payments are withdrawn from my account as they could see. I know i needed my dad there to actually make the purchase, but i was offered no help at all! Basically just interrogated on why i want to make a purchase with them like i was in the wrong or something. They made me feel absolutely uncomfortable and unwanted! I made an appointment to come back Monday, and was told by Tori she would contact me. I was never contacted with an appointment time to see her, so i didn't know when was best to go in. Didn't want to see her anyways. I will return and purchase through another salesman. Hopefully this time my boyfriend and i will be treated with respect and actually feel like our business is wanted. Other than those issues I loved my previous Nissan vehicles. Reason WHY i want to purchase another!
A porter immediately transferred my briefcase and other business materials to another vehicle and drove me to my client's office. Again, without being intrusive, he was gracious and highly respectful. He carried my briefcase and other items into my client's office for me and thanked me for my business. Incredible!!
I live in Atlanta, Georgia and travel a great deal for business. I was recently in the Shelbyville, Tennessee area and needed a crucial repair on my vehicle. I contacted Newton Nissan South and made an appointment for the same day. The quality of service I received was REMARKABLE - and that is an understatement! I have owned a variety of vehicles - from Toyotas to Mercedes - and dealt with a great many dealerships over the decades; my experience with Newton Nissan South was the highest quality service I've EVER received anywhere.
WISH I COULD GIVE ZERO STARS!!!!! The people here are worthless crooks. The way you treat your potential buyers is despicable. I will NEVER buy a car from you after the way you treated my family who drove all the way there from Ga after you promised them a car and sold it out from underneath them. DISGUSTING WORTHLESS DEALERSHIP!!!! Take your business elsewhere!!!

From the moment I pulled up in the service drive a service advisor attended to me. They were warm, respectful and took down pertinent details without making me feel grilled. My service advisor looked me in the eye and smiled! He let me know exactly what to expect and then did exactly what he said he'd do, keeping me informed throughout the process.
