This was undoubtedly the most crooked car lot I have ever seen. Almost one year after buying a car from these people, I still don't have the title. Not only did I not receive the title, the tax money that was paid on it didn't go to the state of Tennessee. After numerous calls to them that went unanswered,a letter to their bonding company, and to the Tennessee Vehicle Commission, we have to fill out a certification of ownership form to hopefully get the title from the state. DO NOT GO HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO JUMP THROUGH HOOPS TO GET A TITLE!!! Did I mention when I went to the clerk's office, the vehicle was still titled to TitleMax because the lazy man hadn't turned ANY paperwork in to the state, including the release of lien TitleMax had filled out?
