MG is a great gym. The owner is friendly, the people are motivating, and there is a pretty darn good variety of equipment.

The staff are excellent they make you feel like part of the family. Easy access at anytime of the day or night. With the owner only a phone call away if he is not already on site to help or answer questions with equipment, diet choices, and even supplements. Best gym in town.
