This place... Oh boy this place. I will avoid this place like the plague of France. On 10/30/2017 This is what we experiencd: (1) the room we we're put in was dirty not too bad but the debre on the floor should not have been there. (2) We waited an hour just to be seen by a nurse who did nothing but take our demographics. Then tired of waiting 1.5 hours to be seen after admission we left. Two stars because they did refund our money after the bad experience.
Awful. So slow...staff spends more time talking to each other than seeing patients. I will not be back.
The care I received was amazing and the well priced treatment was superb. I don’t wish to go to any other urgent care ever again. The very patient staff was very caring towards everyone that walked through the doors.
went on 8/8/17 about 2pm...waited forever to get stats checked ...then waited forever to get stats checked a 2nd time...waited forever to see the doctor...doctor didn't take time to listen to my issues and said will give me medicine I used in the past and will call a script to the pharmacy...left the doctor office about 330 pm.....get to pharmacy at 545 pm and they had no info for a script to be filled ...they never called it in as they said they will do.......wont go back !!
Love, love, love Fast Pace in Shelbyville! Both my husband and I have been treated there. The entire staff is wonderful and very caring. Definitely recommend using them
