Not a good experience. There are 5 people waiting with numbers like they were told and a woman just walks in the door and starts talking to the staff (without filling out paperwork or a number). In the mean time there are about 8 people waiting in line to get paperwork to fill out. Then after about ten mins of them talking the associate finally tells the woman that she can fill out papers and get a number. As she passes everyone waiting patiently in line and gets a number we are still waiting. And might I add people are leaving upset. I feel like this wasn't very professional as everyone else that walked in the door was prompted to fill out there papers and get a number without being able to say anything.
Was a bit of a wait but not terrible and the gentleman helping was excellent
Very kind, helpful and friendly DMV agents.
The employees were short staffed, very busy, but still friendly and helpful. Even though the building was full of people it only took 20 minutes to get in and out with a license renewal.
I just love this place!
