Will never stay here again. Had booked 2 nights so we could visit some family in the area. Stayed there on 11/20/17. Checked in around 7pm. My wife found a roach before bed. Chalked it up to one. Found 4 more by morning. Then looked by the mini fridge and found a bunch. Room 119. Infested. Completely disgusting. Charged me for 1/2 night stay. Should have been a full refund in my opinion but just getting out of there was more worth it.
Overcharged me , refund takes a while. Rooms were very clean. Close to fast food places and liquor stores.
My stay at this Best Western was a very good one. The rooms were clean, and it was pretty much quiet. The breakfast was good and there was good water pressure in the shower. The only reason I did not give 5 stars was because the indoor pool seemed like something was wrong with the water, it didn't smell like chlorine, but there was definitely a chemical imbalance. Also the parking was limited. Overall a great stay.
The young lady at the desk that checked us in was very nice and very helpful. The rooms are newly remodeled and very clean. The beds are comfortable, the towels are super soft. The breakfast was great and there was something for everyone. I have food allergies and it can be hard to find stuff I can eat. The pool and workout room are also very nice and clean. I would recommend staying here.
I love this hotel. The beds are the best of any hotel I have ever stayed at. The staff always helpful and friendly.
