Honestly not the most helpful people in the country and I could point to 10 other banks to do your business with in this city alone.
5) have had rude service at the drive in.
2) no envelopes to deposit checks
6) fees for everything
4) no coin counter....they literally made me count a bag of change by hand and and roll it myself
3) no ATM or mobile deposits
My boyfriend went into the bank on a Friday to make a cash deposit for me, they wouldn't allow him to deposit into my account said he had to go outside to the ATM to do so since I wasn't there, which he did. This was all before 10am, I got off work at 6pm to discover the bank put a hold on my deposit, and I couldn't and still can't ( this is Monday) use my card or access my money. This is ridiculous, wish I would've chose another bank! Not a great way to start off my banking experience with US Bank! Horrible, oh not to mention this all happened on my daughter's birthday weekend, so I had to explain to her why we couldn't do anything that weekend! Again this was a cash deposit...
I've been in this bank 3 times, making deposits for the company that I work for. All 3 times, I received horrible customer service. I walk in and say hi to the teller and they won't say hi back. I thank them before I leave and they don't say a word. The first time I though maybe it was just the teller but after 3 different visits and 3 different trips, I believe it's just the attitude of the bank. Very disappointed with the awful service!
