I ordered a lot of pens 5 years ago. Most of the pens I ordered are still in the box and I've been pulling them out for use as I need them. About a year ago I noticed the pens didn't write very well. Now, pulling the pens new out of the box, they don't write at all. Do pens go bad? These did. I have other pens from schools I've gone to or whatever from 20 years ago and they still write.
If your project is time sensitive do not order form this company. Ordered six weeks ahead of the date I needed the product. After not receiving the product within one month I started making calls. For two weeks and during five calls to customer service I was promised it would be delivered. It never was. I never did get an answer as to why the product could not be produced, it was as if production and customer service were from different planets. If they could not perform they could have at least been transparent that they could not fill the order and I could have ordered the product elsewhere and met my deadline. I would give them a negative star if it was available.
I felt comfortable in the interview. Super nice ladies. When I walked in I was greeted nicely. It looked like a old school on the inside. Very out dated. I had taken another position at a different job. However realised I made a mistake and was able to work for them after all.
yeah not the best company to order from, ESPECIALLY since the order SAID one price but once the invoice came it had doubled with charges I never saw when I placed the order.... bad practices guys!
