Location is good. Apartments are nice.
I've been living here almost 4 yrs. I love the staff. I know this staff is doing as good a job as they can. When you live in government subsidized housing, you won't get perfection. They have a very small budget and are doing what they can with it. The apartments are lovely for government housing!! Yes, the upstairs neighbors are loud, but that's how it is with upstairs neighbors no matter where you live. I once lived in a very high end apartment complex and my upstairs neighbors were just as loud so we can't expect any different here. Every time I've had a problem and took it to the management, they took care of it right away. The only bad thing for me, personally, is that I'm out growing the apartment!! Sure, neighbors are also bad sometimes, but no matter where you live, that can also be the case....you can't put that on the management...they can't tell who will be good or bad neighbors. But, if I have a problem, they take care of it right away. It's a lovely complex. So, I'm happy here with the few exceptions that would be anywhere I'd live.
Drove through, lots of kids unattended, did seem to be kept up and reasonably priced.
Great place to live!! I've been here for almost 10 yrs., and have watched Park Trail get better and better. The tennants are excellent and always take care of their homes. They are also very friendly and respectful of their neighbors. The staff is awesome also. The apartment manager is very nice, she is also very stern, and makes sure that this is a safe and beautiful place to live. The leasing agent is super friendly, and down to earth with the residents. She is always coming up with activities for the residents and children here. The maintenance tech, works very hard to keep the property looking beautiful. He is always busy making this a great place to live. The maintenance supervisor is just all around an awesome person. He is probably the smartest person I have ever met. He can fix ANYTHING! I have personally seen him after hours, helping residents with everything from, repairing cell phones, TVs, computers, to helping with washers and dryers, and vehicles. This is a great place for anyone, and everyone. Perfect place wether you're a single person, or if you are trying to raise a family. I highly recommend Park Trail Apartments. Its not just an apartment complex, its a HOME!
