NOW last but not least the person that complained about waiting for a hamburger - Hardee cooks theirs as they are ordered and they are not nuked in microwave like other fast food placed ! I would rather wait a little for a fresh cooked burger than a nuked one or one that been cooked for 20 minutes sitting under a heat lamp!
Where else can you eat breakfast that cheap? Everyone knows they are busy in morning time so just give yourself more time or go some where else - no one forced you to stop when the line is out to the road for drive thru or to door inside!
Morning service is excellent but other shifts have far less superior customer service from my past experiences. This based off of 10 experiences in the past year. I am unbias towards the food as the quality seems to be consistent yet slightly better on morning shift. Sad because that's when they are most busy yet these guys can get it done better than the workers on the other shifts can when there is hardly anyone there. Makes no sense to me.
Food is usually pretty good at breakfast but every single time I go in the the drive thru whatever drink I get it is AWFUL !!! If I get Sweet Tea , it tastes like it was made last week, if I get a cola it tastes like they added water to it. My husband always has the same problem too. So today I ordered a coke and it was the same way , I paid 1.99 for this drink and I drove down the road to Sonic , threw the Hardees drink in the trash in the Sonic parking lot and ordered me a LG Sweet Tea for 1.09 !!!!!! SHOULD HAVE WENT TO SONIC TO START WITH!
I seems like I am always hearing someone tell me that how long this Hardee's takes. I have gotten trapped in the drive thru before as well. The food is pretty good and the prices aren't astronomical but the wait just isn't worth it most days.
Terrible customer service at the drive up at 1:10 pm. I was only car for at least 15 minutes when they finally came to tell me my curly fries was gonna be a few minutes because they were in the bottom of the freezer. I asked have you not started them yet she said like I said they are in bottom of freezer. She must not have liked me comfronting her so she just walked away and someone finally brought me my food. I told her that lady is hateful Everytime I come. No I'm sorry or nothing. I will definitely not be a lunch Customer again. Never had a problem for breakfast excellent food and service at that time
Yes they aren't perfect but tell me where is a place perfect !!
As far as the person talking about employees sitting they have 1 table that they are assigned to sit at when on break ( yes they do get a break )
I guarantee if mist people that complain worked there they wouldn't be as calm as they are when working!
And as for the smell of the dumpster coming from inside that is plum ridiculous - if you are going to make up something do a better job.
