Absolutely the worst “steak” I’ve ever had. After years of going to amazing steakhouses and having my standards set pleasingly high, I can honestly say that this is the worst “steakhouse” I’ve been to in my entire life.
If you have not ever tried Legends in Shelbyville, TN please add it to your list of must try! I can honestly say I have not ever eaten at a restaurant with such GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE! Request our waiter Jessie or Jonathan! They both did an AMAZING JOB! Not once did we have to ask for anything, they continually checked on us. I also want to mention we went at one of the busiest times. That didn’t stop these two guys. Then to top the night off We witnessed the Amazing teamwork from each of the staff members! Not one complained or had to be ask to help clean up. That is a breath of fresh air in today’s society. Oh and not to forget the food...My Ribs and Jeremy’s Prime Rib was AMAZING!
As we sit here waiting and waiting and waiting for our food.... we could have chased down the chicken, plucked and cooked it and finished eating it by the time it took to get our food. Not one to complain about a restaurant because I'm in the business but this was ridiculous!!
The blond in the bar Patty has been our waitress at lunch and Friday nights for over a year and has always been professional and one of the reasons why so many of us go to legends instead of Chilies or the other restaurants in town. I was disappointed to see she could not wait on us in the bar tonight. She is a strong plus for Legends and a great asset for the company. Waitresses come and go, but it is seldom you have one that truly love there job and the folks they serve.
Great place. Good atmosphere. Relaxing. The food was great. Ribs cooked right. Had Holly as a server and she was top notch!
1 star is too many. Not only was the food quality not even high enough to qualify as dog food, the service is laughable. An hour of my life that was wasted and I’ll never get back. Don’t even bother.
