Great Customer Service!!! I called Mr. Parker and spoke with him about what I wanted and he lead me to a safe that perfectly fit my needs. He wasn't pushy and didn't try to sell me the most expensive one he had which anyone can appreciate. I think I even ended up up-selling myself in the process...haha. He was extremely professional and answered all of my questions even thought it took a few different calls. He delivered my safe and installed it in my home as well. He was on time and extremely careful. He wanted to make sure everything was perfect and all cleaned up before he left. I could not be happier with my purchase or who I chose to purchase from. If you are in the market for a safe, and if you are reading this I assume you are, give this man your money. You will not regret it.

From the 1st contact to over 2 years he answered our questions and made suggestions on what to look for in a quality safe. I always thought a safes a safe, get a SALE item at a big retailer they're just as good. Let me say, no comparison at all. Very happy with the Superior Safe. I chose delivery option and was thrilled to take delivery in less than a week. Total time from driveway to set up less than 30 minutes, but he never rushed things.
