Excellent service. Even had something go wrong while getting an iPhone repaired, never missed a beat. Apologized for the mishap, explained what happened, apologized again, nailed the time frame down to correct the mishap and still never missed a beat. I was not satisfied with the repair I payed for there at all. Although the cracked glass, as well as the LCD and digitizer were replaced, my phone still doesn't respond to touch. The guy there said to just mess with it and it would work again, but now it does not work at all. And even though their website says, "you name it, we'll fix it," the guy there said I would have to take it to a different place. After paying $80 I would expect my phone to work properly, or at least partially. The website also says free referrals and free consultations, but you have to pay $25 for them to look at your phone if you don't get it fixed (so says the sign on the counter).
I bought a fone case there, got home with it and couldnt get it to fit my fone, went back and she fixed me right up. Couldn't ask for better help. Highly reccommend them.
They have a variety of cases for any phone ranging from plain cases to cases with designs. If they don't have a case in stock they make sure to get it for you. This is the only place I trust to handle my phone with care.

The employees in general were completely unprofessional. There was swearing going on most of the time, and talking bad behind the backs of other customers not present at the time. I wouldn't recommend going to this place just because of the hostile atmosphere. I was supposed to get a free, tempered-glass screen protector with my replacement, and they only had one with cheesy blue trim around the border. I'm definitely not going back to this shop again and don't recommend it to anyone. Pay the extra $20-30 to get your phone fixed by someone actually qualified.
