When we left Farrar properties we only owed 70ish on electric but due to there neglegence imcompetence and thinking the world owes them somthing otherthan a good old fashioned ass whooping and jail sentence they charged our account for 500 dollars and there was nothing wrong with the unit, we cleaned it. Now how we owed them anything at all due to our security deposit is beyond me. I hate the farrars and wish them and curse them with nothing but pain misery and demise. They are known criminals so if you want to rent from felons that trade favors for rent be my guest.

This is the worst place I have ever lived. The trailers are very run down, full of bugs and the heat doesn't even work!! And of course these slumlords won't fix it. Can't get out fast enough
