We stay at stonebrook thier nice only problem is paying rent I always pay ahead and they can't seem to keep up with it always charging late fee! How's thier late fee if I'm ahead? Communication is poor with this company be sure save all receipts they will try get over on you!!! That's a fact

If you want to live somewhere where things that are broken get fixed this is not the place for you. Lived here almost two years before they would replace my broken air conditioning unit and it was only because my disabled mother had so many health problems that lived with me at the time. All they care about is getting lots of money and spending none. My boyfriend has seen the owners house very nice and big nice cars ect. Do not rent from them unless it is temporary. Like he said slum lords
Tell me how my aunt moved into her apartment a week ago. And out of nowhere the apartment door opens and in comes a realtor with another family walking up the stairs.. "umm why are you in my house and who are these people"? Realtor says," we are here to show this apartment to this family". Me," well this apartment is not vacant it is occupied and you just entered someone's home with no authorization. Realtor says, "well ts not written down that this apartment is occupied by anyone". WELL WHOSE PROBLEM IS THAT YOU JUST ENTERED A RESIDENCE WITHOUT PERMISSION. Realtor says, "oh it's just a honest mistake then". DAMN RIGHT IT IS. NOT OUR PROBLEM IS YOUR AND THE APARTMENT COMPLEX.. OLIVE GROVE TO BE EXACT. This is how people who make honest mistakes get injured when they enter someone's home without their permission. No wonder why they are on PROBATION.. you could be prosicuted for this honest mistake. Because you don't know how to do proper paperwork.
